This was the reply one guy got when he told the officer why he did not have a TV, which is why he did not pay his radio and TV licence fee, and which is why he did not deserve to be fined.

Just encountered a similar case for parking near Albert Court. They charged overnite parking just after 10pm! When I questioned them, They asked me to read the term which is so small! :(
Best thing is the attendent speaks in the same tone as the ‘authority’ in the podcast :))

Sorry ah! I early neber say ha! I added the C to Mr Brown’s Brown to make it C. Brown because hor, without the C hor, I cannot make the two initials C B. If you want to know why I want to use CB for Mr Brown hor, got to sammyboyforum. There got a lot of CBs wan! Shure won’t disappoint you wan!
