I will BUY tics for :
My parents ( My dad is lucky compare to the one in the movie, yet still hoping some something impossible like a Bm320!)

My aunts (I have 7 aunts)…

Just got back from watching the movie with the family at GV, Plaza Singapura. Award winning performances from all the actors/actresses. Wish though all references about Singapore’s 5Cs were excised; then it would be a universal film for the world at large. The awful boss is no different from the bitch in The Devil Wears Prada; Meryl Streep is much prettier , of course. Once again, who says Singaporeans are not talented? Colin and Yen Yen, take a bow!

Seems like a wonderful film and thanks for producing it. I hope to be in time to catch it in the cinemas when I return to Singapore (home!) in mid-Oct. I might buy the DVD too if I love it (I make sure not pirated one, so don’t worry).

I want to watch this film when I’m back to S’pore during first or second week of Oct……any chance ?

Truly well done, Colin. You have come so far from your cartooning days. I’ll go watch the film and it’ll be the first Singapore film I’ve ever watched. Would you be interested in reaching out to gifted kids, I wonder?

All the dialects are band,
and those speak the England are great.
I’ve been here 40 years,
I’ve seen lives fading away..
They’d be alive and kicking,
If they can express myself.
Singapore Dreaming.. on such a hot and humid day…
Yet our father said we will not have our identity for another 100 days. If he meant ang moh England identity then yes i agree with him.. else, how he chose not to see our real identiy!
