We need sponsors and advertisers for the mrbrown show!
Today, Mr Tan came up to me and said, “Look, I have run out of organs to sell, you have got to ask for more sponsors to advertise on the show.”
“I don’t get it,” I said, “Our daily show gets an average of 20,000 downloads a day, and for the popular shows, we get 100,000 to 200,000 downloads, and way more if you count the ones people email their friends. That’s better reach than some cable TV channels, magazines, and radio stations!”
“Maybe it’s because you haven’t asked, you moron,” said the wise Mr Tan, rubbing the hole where his eye used to be.
“Oh, ya hor,” said I.
Er, we are looking for sponsors and advertisers for the mrbrown show. We love our loyal, responsive and web-savvy fans and we want to keep on entertaining them. We think you advertisers will love them too. You can advertise on both the site and on the show itself at very cost-effective rates.
Sponsors can contact our business manager, Edmund, at edmund (at) kingcontentstudio.com for details. And fans, do support our advertisers and sponsors by visiting the links and supporting their campaigns. Thanks!

As the axiom goes,
advertise when business is good;
advertise even more so when business is no good.
As an ordinary guy of Singapore, I join the call:
advertise & sponsor the mr brown show, as much as you can,
and as long as you like the podcasts!
(Especially those of you with the bucks.)
(The last time, I did go to bonusrewards.sg, and signed up.)

Why not have a donations type of system with Paypal. I am sure some of the listeners won’t mind forking out a dollar or two. And it adds up eventually.

I think what the mr brown show needs now is
quick & ready infusion of funds,
to continue making funny entertainment.
Producing brown spinoff products necessarily requires
spending capital first,
which may run the risk of losses,
if too many are made, yet not sold off fast enough.
So advertisers & sponsors on a regular basis,
will be more powerful than sporadic donations.
But that’s just my opinion.
I might not pay to subscribe,
as I cannot guarantee I would love every podcast equally much.
But still, personally, I would love cute little figurines of
mr brown, Mr Miyagi, the mysterious Mr Tan, Ms Ruby Pan,
Mr Imran Johri and Mr Colin Goh, for starters.
(Don’t sell them too expensive hor,
I still a bit cheap skate Singaporean leh!) ;-P
Or how about an eventual CD compilation, for sale,
of favourite mr brown show podcasts, selected by popular demand?
(This would call for a survey / vote poll.)
