Hello mrbrown & Steve,
Thank you for another excellent effort.
I think you’ve done a great job, stringing many words in the lyrics,
to fit nicely into the melody, which got tricky at various places.
(Once again, for those using iTunes on Windows PC, I got the lyrics,
by right-clicking on the show title under the Name column,
then on Get info, then the Lyrics tab.)
I think there’s a minor error in
Stanza (Paragraph) 3, last Verse (Line 6):
it should read “If Orchard Road _were_ to burn down…”,
and not “…would to…”, don’t you think?

Well, it wasn’t that major… but good job! Anyway, congrats to whoever will win that helicopter, the prize for that “guess the show” contest some time ago. It’s kinda cool, but has controlling issues. Anyhow, a very merry Christmas.
