Some brown-outs
We are experiencing some major loads on our server, which is causing site slow downs and brown-outs (pun unintended). Even restarting the server leads to an overload soon after. Not sure what’s causing it, but our IT Guru is looking into it. We hope to rectify this soon.
Perhaps we need to pay our web servers more, to match private sector salaries. Maybe have to pay for dedicated resourse that is free from corruption and top talent web server. Heheh.

be careful…. maybe is a hacker sent by the gahmen to hack into your server…. making u crash…. this is wat i strongly predict…
The gahmen can send spies into forums, why not send hackers to hack brown and mrwangsaysso?

You might want to try Hostgator.com. They offer hosting for 100GB for only 9.95USD per month. Unlimited domains also.
