Citibank has really launched a credit card for tertiary students and people who don’t work. The maximum allowance is S$500. Not bad I guess.

Hilarious.
I think its a good move- giving tertiary students credit cards- but the $500 limit is so Singaporean! Let people handle their own finances. They have to learn some day and at 18 years old (and older!!!) that’s really old enough.
