We’re going weekly!
First of all, Happy New Year from the mrbrown show team! May your 2008 be prosperous and fruitful!
We have some changes this year to announce. Starting this month, the mrbrown show is going weekly. I know, I know, many of you are used to the daily show but we really needed to make time for our other projects.
We have many exciting projects up our sleeves, and we’ll tell you about them when the time comes.
The next mrbrown show will air next Monday and every Monday from now. Thanks for your support and keep on listening, ok?
See you guys next week!

Our dearest Mr Brown who light up the mornings of so many lives,
Ministers’ pay can increase, fuel prices can go up, taxi fares can rise, bread can cost more but Mr Brown Show cannot, must not, and should not reduce in frequency one!
Please re-consider, lah, Mr Brown. You are the voice of reason in our local media. Without you, who will sit up and listen to the man (and woman) in the street and who will make the man (and woman) in the street see the funny side of not-so-funny business?
Please, please, please! Turning your daily podcast into a weekly one is tonnes worse than banning chewing gum, removing luncheon meat and, and, and… (aiyoh, what else was taken away or reduced that made so many people heartbroken, ah? aiyah, I can’t think now, I’m very emotionally affected by this piece of news…)
For our sake (and sanity), please make your show more frequent than weekly, can? Please, please, please?
A very sad fan who will be moping till Monday :-(
PS: Well, at the very least, I will hate Mondays less from now on.

Dear Mr Brown,
Some MIWs called you and scared you with the HLBR threat? How can you chicken out by their little threat? How am going to have breakfast now? My bread and butter go better with your podcast you know!
Maybe what Dr Wong Wee Nam had said is correct:

Dear mrbrown,
I strongly feel that showing you appreciation for all your podcasts thus far, and wishing you onwards, is the best thing to do.
Mourning the reduced frequency is also understandable.
I just do not like people who think you owe them your shows, that you have to deliver on frequent demand, at their beck and call, and to their own questionably high standards.
The Internet is no excuse for rudeness, selfishness and greed.
With all my heart, all the continuing best to you, your team and your families! A fulfilling 2008!
