To get Singapore off the bottom 10 of the Global Courtesy ranking, the gahment should form a new agency to help the peasants! They need KNN! Yes! It’s KNN…..not that hokkien KNN (nabay! what are you thinking?!) but a true gahment agency that can help to nurture courtesy among our naturally uncourteous lot.
