    Our government can decry dumb Myanmarese generals, but we cannot be allowed to hold public protests: we are not worthy.

    We are also not even as matured as our peacefully protesting neighbours, e.g. in Surabaya, Indonesia.

    I have this naggy friend who’d just called me and whined like there’s no tomorrow. Then!!!! Out of habit (wow! so fast I habituate hor!), I told him off by shouting over the phone: H L B R!!!!!

    Well, you guys probably don’t know how many Singaporeans are actually frightened and silenced by the mention of HLBR. It’s a powerful weapon. This govt knows its people. It’s kiasu, kiasi and gian png Singaporeans that make Singapore what it is today.
