Hilariously funny, will help pass it on. While this is funny, the implications remain very serious. If by lighter touch the govt is going to outsource the management of blogosphere to a non democratically elected committee. Then where is the lighter touch?
Really can someone tell me what will happen if this committee gets hijacked by govt counter insurgents? Maybe they planned this all along. Why not have the committee democratically elected. The first person we will nominate is you Mr Brown.

Look at item 9 and 10. Seems to OBVIOUSLY implying that poor Mr Brown’s site has to register to get LICENCE to continue living. Talk about Light-Touch? I’d rather they not touch this ‘private’ area. Very sensitive you know.
Also look at 3.f. in there. they will ‘take action’ if you ‘misbehave’ you know. I really look forward to the day that they ‘take action’. Throw the poor innocent fellas behind bars forever? Sigh, I really pity those people in MDA. Really, its not their fault to come up with all these regulations to ‘control’ the net or to be more precise, to control certain groups whom they feel have a negative impact on the current government. It is actually quite a sad thing.

So how? Are the MDA rules passed yet? Me-thinks it will drive the talents out of this wrecked country faster… maybe that’s what PAP government wants — to keep only the docile slaves.
Getting really sick of this PAP government. WSK don’t resign despite his ministry’s oversight and still keeps his pay + past years of bonuses for the nation’s “peace and security”. A peace and security that by the same PAP-twisted logic would not be a result of his direct actions.
Come next election, even if it is an “untried-untested” opposition, I’ll still vote them in (please don’t walkover in my estate) rather than to have those “pass-the-buck” PAP-men.

You show off your wonderful singing skills yet again, MB and team! I absolutely loved this one, because in some of your other satirical songs, the lyrics don’t rhyme to well. But this one is very nicely put toghether “I will always close one eye, though my hand is on your thigh…” utterly hilarious! Hmm, I still wonder what the original song is though.
